EWO (Emergency Work Order) is a unique and powerful global digital tool applicable to all manufacturing or production plants across the world. The tool is built following the principles of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Lean Manufacturing. The tool provides numerous benefits to customers some of which include reduction in non-value added activities (NVAA), digital paperless process to replace manual work, automation, error proofing, reduction in human error, environmental sustainability, improved quality control and data integrity.

The tool can be used to track end to end (E2E) information regarding an EWO. This information is extremely crucial for maintenance teams to understand root cause of machine breakdowns and implement sustainable countermeasures to prevent a recurrence. In addition to overall data tracking and management, the tool is linked to a digital custom dashboard. This dashboard also contains reporting and action tracking tools that are immensely valuable to all users.
